Our Team
Founder, Head Agent & Performance Coach
Jess is the founder of Tidal Talent. She grew up in the North East and at a young age was performing professionally and continued her love for theatre, film & dance; training at university completing both a BA & MA degree. She went on to tour nationally, to create award winning theatre work, and to perform, direct & produce in film projects & commercials, working with top industry professionals and has since been co-running a theatre company Night-Light Theatre CIC.
Jess is dedicated to nurturing young actors and professionals, helping them develop their skills and build a solid foundation for a thriving career in the industry. With her expertise and enthusiasm, she empowers her clients to discover their unique voices and reach their full potential.
Fun Fact: The agency is called Tidal Talent to reflect Jess’s ‘happy place’ of being near the coast where she loves to go surfing.

JESS ROBSON
Chloe is a coach, choreographer & assistant agent. In 2020, she began assisting Jess with performing arts classes at Tidal Coaching. Through this experience, Chloe discovered her passion for teaching. Chloe went on to graduate from Performers College, where she honed her skills across all three disciplines and developed a deep love for choreography, running her own courses in contemporary and devising in the city.
Chloe is passionate about empowering children and young people and is excited to continue to support young performers on their journeys with Tidal Talent.

Caroline Sabiston
Caroline grew up in Whitley Bay and trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating with a First Class degree in Musical Theatre. Her performing career has taken her across the UK, Europe, Canada and at sea, with a career highlight being lead vocalist and resident director on An Evening with Sir Tim Rice for Seabourn Cruise Line.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Caroline is passionate about helping singers and performers develop healthy, confident and expressive voices. In 2025, she became the North East’s first accredited Vocal Balance singing teacher and founded Mudita Arts, a studio dedicated to helping students find joy and freedom in their voices. Alongside her private coaching, she teaches singing and voice at SA Performing Arts Centre in Newcastle.
Caroline is dedicated to nurturing performers of all ages, helping them build confidence and discover their authentic voice. She is thrilled to be joining the Tidal Talent team and is especially excited to be collaborating with Jess.
Fun Fact: Caroline’s studio, Mudita Arts, is named after the Sanskrit word for finding joy in the happiness and success of others.

Letty Mather
Letty is the administrator and receptionist at Tidal Talent, supporting the day-to-day running of both the training programme and agency, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for clients and families alike. Letty is often the first point of contact for parents and performers at the studio and is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone involved with Tidal Talent.
Working closely alongside the team, Letty plays an important role in supporting workshops, communications, and administration, helping young performers and their families feel supported throughout their journey with Tidal Talent.
